The Empire of Xytheria is a strictly 18+ roleplay community intended for mature adults. This setting contains dark fantasy themes that may include war, violence, torture, rape, murder, political intrigue, corruption, enslavement, power imbalances, racial conflict between fictional fantasy species (raceplay), horror, mature relationships, smut, kink, BDSM and other mature storytelling elements.
If you are easily offended by dark fantasy content, cannot separate fiction from reality, or are uncomfortable with mature roleplay themes, this is not the community for you.
We are here to build stories, create immersive roleplay, and foster a thriving community of writers and creators. We are not here to raise grown adults, mediate petty personal disputes, or entertain unnecessary drama.
By remaining in this community, you acknowledge that you are an adult and understand the nature of the content that may be present within the setting.
⚖️ COMMUNITY RULES
1. Adults Only
All members must be 18 years of age or older. No exceptions.
2. Discord Is Mandatory
All members must have Discord to remain part of the community. This is required for verification, announcements, moderation, event coordination, and member tracking.
3. No Pedophilia
Any form of pedophilia, age play involving minors, sexualized child characters, or similar content is prohibited. (Including but not limited to Daddy Doms (Aka Pedos) & Littles (Pedo Sympathizers) There is never anything attractive about children so just stop its fucking weird.
4. No Real Life Racism or Bigotry
Racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, religious hatred, or discrimination against real people will not be tolerated.
5. Fiction Is Not Reality
Do not confuse roleplay with real life. IC actions are not OOC actions.
6. No Mixing IC and OOC
Bringing roleplay conflicts into real life or real life conflicts into roleplay is prohibited.
7. No Community Drama
Unapproved drama, harassment campaigns, clique wars, or community disruption will result in removal. (This includes but is not limited to sharing secrets of the roleplay with black listed ex members, choosing black listed ex members against the community and spreading rumors or starting any form of childish forest troll type bullshit.)
8. Imperial Council Authority
All final moderation decisions belong to Emperor Cin, Empress Consort Vesta, Empress Consort Savory, and their appointed staff.
9. Respect Moderator Decisions
Arguing endlessly with staff after a decision has been made will not be tolerated.
10. No Personal Information Sharing
Never share personal information belonging to yourself or another member.
11. Save Your Evidence
If reporting an issue, screenshots with timestamps and dates are expected whenever possible.
12. No "He Said, She Said"
Claims without evidence may be impossible to investigate and therefore thrown out. If you are complaining be sure to have evidence to back it up.
13. Staff Handles Investigations
Members are not to conduct witch hunts or public investigations.
14. No Doxxing
Any attempt to expose private information will result in immediate removal.
15. No Harassment
Repeated unwanted contact, stalking, bullying, or targeting members is prohibited.
16. No Alternate Account Abuse
Attempting to evade moderation actions through alternate accounts will result in all accounts being removed.
17. Bans Are Final
Permanent bans are permanent unless otherwise determined by the Imperial Council.
18. Loyalty Matters
Members who actively sabotage the community, recruit against it, or undermine its growth may be removed.
19. Respect Community Spaces
Keep conversations appropriate for their designated channels.
20. No Spamming
Excessive spam, trolling, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
21. No AI Generated Drama
Manufacturing fake screenshots, edited conversations, or false accusations will result in removal.
22. Character Actions Have Consequences
Your character may face realistic consequences for their actions within the setting.
23. No Godmodding
Do not control another player's character without permission.
24. No Powergaming
Characters must have strengths, weaknesses, and believable limitations.
25. No Auto-Hits
Combat actions should allow other players an opportunity to respond.
26. Respect Character Ownership
Do not alter, rewrite, kill, marry, enslave, or permanently affect another player's character without consent.
27. Consent Matters OOC
All major storylines involving sensitive content should be discussed between players beforehand.
28. Story First
Prioritize collaborative storytelling over winning.
29. No Main Character Syndrome
Every player contributes to the story. No one is entitled to dominate every plot.
30. Stay Lore Friendly
Characters should fit within the established world and lore of Xytheria.
31. Staff Approval for Major Claims
Unique bloodlines, divine powers, royal ties, legendary artifacts, and world-changing abilities require approval.
32. No Metagaming
Do not use OOC knowledge that your character would not possess.
33. Keep the Community Active
Members who vanish for extended periods without communication may lose roles or positions.
34. Help Build the World
Contribute stories, events, ideas, and roleplay opportunities whenever possible.
35. Respect Fellow Writers
Treat others with basic courtesy even when characters are enemies.
36. Support New Members
Help newcomers integrate into the community whenever possible.
37. No Public Callouts
Report issues privately to staff rather than creating public spectacles.
38. Community Safety Comes First
If staff instructs members to block or remove contact with an individual for community protection, those instructions are expected to be followed.
39. We Reserve the Right to Refuse Membership
The Imperial Council may deny, remove, or refuse membership to anyone deemed incompatible with the health of the community.

At the end of the day, Xytheria exists for storytelling, creativity, friendship, and unforgettable adventures. Enjoy the world, respect your fellow members, and help us build something extraordinary together.
